Plantain Box

Plantain, major group of banana varieties (genus Musa) that are staple foods in many tropical areas.
They’re a rich source of fiber, vitamins A, C, and B-6, and the minerals magnesium and potassium. Plantain can be prepared by cooking directly in water with any prefered spices or fried like chips, deep fried in oil.
